Call to radio costs woman her marriage

By Boniface OngeriAre you in the habit of calling radio stations to tell the world the troubles of your marriage?
A woman is ruing a call she made to a local FM radio station to contribute in the racy topic of the day.
The woman unaware that her husband was listening alleged her husband was inadequate in offering conjugal rights. The woman who blundered by identifying her first name on air spoke of how she seeks satisfaction from another ‘able’ man. She heaped praise on her sidekick.
With that she didn’t expect to leave her five-year-old marriage in tatters. She was laughing and pouring scorn on the husband but it later turned into sorrow and curses as she was within hours of that call sent packing. Efforts to seek forgiveness fell on deaf ears.
The subject of discussion was about why men beat their chests on their prowess in bed yet some are weaklings.
Upon being accosted for broadcasting their marital affairs, the wife denied knowledge but the man insisted that even though there are people with similar names, her voice was unique and he could identify it even on radio.
The husband threw the wife’s possessions out of their matrimonial home. The couple have two children. The man was in a vehicle heading to work when the topic was being discussed. Stung by the vitriol, he opted to head back to accost his wife.
She had said her husband never listens to the station unaware that the man listens in her absence but castigates the contents discussed when they are together.
She called her husband ‘a good for nothing man who collapses and falls into slumber after a few minutes of action’.
"I no longer mind him. He is useless, but I have a man who meets all my desires," she told the radio hosts. Asked how long she has been with her sidekick, the wife said she had cheated for two years. She said before they got married, she had flings with other men and she could tell which man performs best.
"I experience with other men but I prefer this one in particular because he is the best and my husband is the worst."
These revelations stung her husband. When she could not wriggle out, she told her husband she was lying to spice the topic but the husband could hear none of it. As she was being thrown out, the woman was heard cursing why she had made that phone call.
Some of the neighbours who had by now got wind of the story urged him on while others especially women pleaded for forgiveness.
There have been similar reports of strained relationships after people heard their spouses or boy/girl friends revealing their partners’ weaknesses. Many of those who contribute do so ignoring the fact that their partners could be listening.
"When I am with my wife, we listen to stations where topics on family and positive life are discussed. But when I am alone, I tune in to FM stations that discuss racy and relationship affairs," a married man told Crazy Monday.
