SABOTI MP Eugene Wamalwa has dared ODM to sue him over claims that he authored the letter claiming the party had written to the International Criminal Court to have two of the Ocampo Six detained at The Hague. How could a person worth his salt write a letter to ICC to nail my own friends William Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta? he wondered. Wamalwa told ODM’s top leaders to brace for a bruising legal battle if they go ahead with their threats.
