President Mwai Kibaki inscribed his name into Kenya’s history books as he signed into law the country’s new constitution. An excited president however warned that the challenges ahead as the constitution is implemented are enormous and as Rashid Ronald reports, the head of state, prime minister and vice president are reading from the same script.
