President Mwai Kibaki will on Tuesday afternoon address the nation ahead of the August 4 referendum on the proposed Constitution.
The Radio and Television address will be aired live on KBC at 4pm local time.
A statement from the Presidential Press Service said, "His Excellency President Mwai Kibaki will today, Tuesday 3rd August 2010, make a radio and Television address to the nation at 4pm,"
The President has been traversing the country to drum up support for the new law.
On Monday, the Head of State addressed his final rallies in Kitui and Kiambu where he urged Kenyans to turn out in large numbers for the vote, and remain peaceful.
