Oversight Implementation Com'ttee

President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga are on the spot as parliament moves to enact the laws needed to effect the new constitution, amid disagreement on the composition of a crucial committee to over see the implementation of the new sets of laws. The fate of members of parliament who opposed the new constitution remains unknown as opinion is divided on whether they should be included in providing oversight on the new constitution or be locked out.
