NAIROBI, Kenya, Aug 26 - A case seeking to block Friday’s historic promulgation of the new Constitution has been dismissed by the Interim Independent Constitutional Dispute Resolution Court.
The five-judge bench ruled that stopping the event would be a disaster for the country.
They also observed that the applications went to court late, signalling an abuse of the court process.
