All clear for referendum

In Nairobi, the courts have dismissed a case that stood as the only remaining hurdle in the way of the August 4th referendum. The Interim Constitutional Dispute Resolution Court threw out the case saying it had no grounds to stop the vote. NGO activist Okiya Omtatah and four others had claimed that the proposed constitution was not properly published and that the civic education on the draft was not impartial. NTV's Lindah Oguttu has the ruling of the three-judge bench from the KICC.
