No campaigns Ruto in Mumias
Higher education minister William Ruto today led the no campaign in western Kenya's Mumias and Lugari constituencies where he, along with other leaders, criticised the government for using public servants to campaign for the proposed new constitution. Ruto was alluding to the meeting between the Prime Minister Raila Odinga and permanent secretaries yesterday, where Raila urged the public servants to drum up support for the proposed law. Olivia Okech was on the 'no' campaign trail and filed the following report.
