Referendum ready

The Interim Independent Electoral Commission has released the voters' list of shame, and it has 50,000 names. These are the people who will not vote in the August 4th referendum for registering more than once. The IIEC is all set for the august 4th date and as Rita Tinina reports, it now wants the day declared a national holiday.
