Kibaki in Meru

President Mwai Kibaki has categorically stated that the provincial administration will be retained should the proposed constitution be passed. The president dismissed claims that chiefs, Dos, Dcs and Ppcs will be abolished with the new constitution. He was speaking at Kinoru Stadium in Meru where he led the yes team in drumming up support for the proposed new law. Francis Gachuri reports from Meru.
