DRAFT READY

The Committee of Experts on the constitutional review is expected to hand over the harmonized draft constitution to the parliamentary select committee on the constitution on Friday.

The committee has effected some changes to the draft after considering the views presented to it by individuals and groups.

The PSC will scrutinize the document and present it to parliament before taking it back to the committee with recommendations for the experts to prepare the final draft that will be put to vote
