That Charity Ngilu has told off Cord leader Raila Odinga over land issues is a subject that formed heated debate in an upmarket bar between a governor and four MPs from Eastern and Nairobi. The politicians were surprised by how Ngilu has been acting tough against the opposition chiefs yet when she was facing graft allegations and the EACC was pursuing her, she ran to Raila for help. "How times change!" said the governor as he watched Ngilu talk on TV.

The team working on the document is getting help from some senior people in the government to dig up dirt about the secretaries. ODM hopes to make the dossier public if the government goes ahead to "harass and intimidate us".
