Nakuru, Kenya: A student is confirmed dead in a road accident involving a school bus and a lorry along the Naivasha- Nakuru highway.
The students from Kahuia girls and Vidhu-Ramji academy in Muranga were heading back to their schools from music festival in Nakuru.
The bus which had 56 students and 3 teachers on board was trying to overtake two trailers when it it hit an oncoming lorry
Eight students and a teacher are in critical conditions. Those injured rushed to St Mary's Hospital.
