Taveta ; Rest in Peace Mzee Julius Kibwana Maingi. Mzee Julius was the father to Makueni County Governor Prof. Kivutha Kibwana. He was laid to rest in his farm in Challa Village, Taveta Constituency , Taita Taveta County.
