Friday, the 15th of March 2013 - Narc-Kenya leader Martha Karua has said that she has no interest in getting an appointment in the next government.
Karua, who was the only female Presidential candidate in last week’s elections, told a crowd of supporters at the Kerugoya Trading Centre that she is enjoying her life outside politics too much to start jostling for a government appointment;
The former Gichugu MP also told politicians affiliated to her party and their supporters to stay firm because ‘we maybe down but we are not out.’
Karua also gave her two cents on the ongoing talk about election petitions saying that all aggrieved candidates are entitled to go to court to challenge the results as released by the IEBC.
