  2. If one innocently applies an insufficient amount of sealer on
    a very porous concrete material, the
    said material may not be effective at all.
    Make sure that you don't end up with a look of patches by checking to see that the glitter falls all the way around the edges of a newly-painted area. This Wednesday night there is a lot going on in Atlanta.
