General elections to be held in March 2013. What's your opinion?

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has announced that the next General Election will be held in March 2013. Making the announcement at a press conference held at the Laico Regency, the IEBC chairman Isaack Hassan said that the commission was compelled to settle on the date following the failure of the two principals to agree on an election date as set out on a court ruling.
