(G7 rallies) Uhuru, Ruto defend G7 rallies

Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta and Eldoret North member of parliament William Ruto say the agenda of the G7 alliance is to unite Kenyans. The two leaders say the party has diverse leaders who are able to bring together Kenyans. Speaking at Kenyatta Stadium in Kitale during the G7 prayer meetings cum political rallies - the deputy prime minister said they should not be gagged from interacting with the people despite facing crimes against humanity charges at The Hague based International Criminal Court.
