Blowing the Whistle on Corruption & Impunity: Where are the police vehicles?

On 10th November 2010, Mars Group Kenya  told Kenyans that the Controller &
Auditor General  had revealed how the Kenya Government paid US$ 6 million for
police vehicles that were never delivered and that Kenya was still liable to pay
more because of the Attorney General’s negligent advice.
