Wow!! But why would Uhuruto not have his banker transfer the $$, does it have to be in cash? Something about the story does not add up?

paper trail is bad for this kind of business.

very few people even if they are wealthy, have this kind of cash sitting on a bank account - so chances are this is cash skimmed from some vault (or bedroom) somewhere maybe even from those drug barons. essentially its the kind of cash that you do not want a paper trail on

one wonders how they concluded bail could be set at up to $10m my opinion ruto would not post that bail since he claims innocense and is so sure to be cleared he'd fight it out and even allow himself to be detained. the one person that cannot be detained is the min. of finance, he has the keys to the central bank and his detention would thoroughly embarass kibaki

but lets wait a couple of weeks. the truth will soon hit the rounds, might turn out different

tnk,

ICC never sets cash bails. Everybody knows that. This is not a court in Kibera where pick pockets are on trial. The ICC only asks people to surrender their assets fixed or otherwise as a collateral. That is exactly what Ocampo had applied for with the ICC with regards to Uhuru, Ruto and Ali. So the porojo of minting that cash bail angle is a balloon to fly out there in case this thing gets out of control.

I agree with Shifta that this is hard to believe. It looks like complete insanity, but everything about these clowns is hard to believe.

It is hard to believe that these chaps knowing the situation they are in were deeply involved and excited like little kittens swimming in milk when they walked from the Hague straight to the Uhuruto rally knowing such a move strengthens Ocampo's hands. What the heck were they thinking? It is hard to believe the outright lies and incitement these crazies have peddled thus far knowing full well that they are lying.

These are people intoxicated with power and to them Raila and Ocampo are the ones standing on their way. So anything goes. Little do they know, thank god, that they are their own worst enemies. So anything is possible with these idiots.

To me the money was from skimming their "investments" abroad including possible drug cash. Remember Uhuru is the god son of the Nairobi activist. May be some cash was sitting out there which needed the cover of the big guns to get shipped back to finish off the war to install the twin merchants of darkness in State House.

The funny thing here all along is that this whole thing was supposed to be a secret investigation. Not any more. These is Kenya folks. Never a dull moment, remember.

But I have a better explanation of what is going on here. Trust me I know what I am talking about. Now pay attention.

This is what went down. Raila got wind (bad wind) that one of the chaps he is trying to lock up forever at The Hague was bringing in I billion bucks to Kenya to finish him even before he sets foot in the republic from the US.

So Amolo went to work like only he can. Raila put Ocampo on hold on his super duper phone. Moreno asked him what he was up to since they were just getting into the meat of how to completely destroy the boys. Raila told Moreno, he is ready to pick pocket the boys where it hurts the most. Moreno seemed excited and told Raila to put him on speaker phone so he can take in the whole action.

Agwambo went to work. He quickly contacted his JKIA sleeper cells. The whole system was activated mara once. Uhuru was spotted coming in with the load. He headed straight to the VIP lounge. The Raila JKIA sleeper cell crew informed him the one thing most VIPs do when they arrive from abroad, particularly from such a stressful venture is go to the VIP pee joint. They told him it will be a matter of minutes before Uhuru heads to the loo. They were right. From there the details are still fuzzy but when the dust settled the load was gone. But here is the deal. Uhuru was too excited to know that he had been disrobed. What else is new.

So as soon as the deal was done. Raila was back on a private conversation with Ocampo. They were laughing uproariously. Raila told Ocampo now you have their asses and I have their money, lets go to work. That is where we are folks.

My sources are still working on some of the details so stay tuned.
