What an outright scam and skewed aloocation of new constituencies. As an example compare Luo Nyanza and Ukambani. Luo Nyanza has 4,044,440 people while Ukambani has 3,893,157 a difference of 151,200 people.In terms of mps Luo Nyanza already has 21 mps while Ukambani has 17 mps.Luo Nyanza will get about 7 or 6 additional mps while Ukambani gets about 2 or 3.Now tell me how does 151,200 people justify 6 or 7 more mps not to mention the area of Ukambani is double that of Luoland
