High number of rejected votes worries IIEC

The Interim Independent Electoral Commission faces a new challenge, that of educating the masses on the voting system. This follows the rejection of the highest number of rejected votes in the referendum where voters had two choices. The commission has a lot of work to do in educating voters who have more than six choices to make at the next general election under the new constitution
