80 constituencies to be created in a year

With the new constitution now about to come into effect, the Boundaries Commission set up last year is already grappling with its own end of the bargain. The commission must create 80 additional constituencies to match the numbers in the new constitution. And as Rita Tinina reports, they will have no more than one year to deliver on their mandate.
