No Campaigns in Eastern

Opponents of the proposed new constitution maintained their stand that civil servants should not be used in the referendum campaigns. Holding several rallies in upper eastern today, the anti draft crusaders termed this as yet another attempt by the government to unfairly use its resources in the yes campaigns. Led by Higher Education Minister William Ruto, they also punched holes on the devolution and land chapters of the proposed new law saying they were below Kenyans expectations. Hussein Mohamed reports.
