The MPs at the same time said the union between TNA and URP that resulted in the formation of the Jubilee Alliance Party (JAP) was solid contrary to media reports.

The leaders who said that a majority of Kenyans will support Ruto’s candidature.

He called for a paradigm shift in technical training in the country saying the narrative that students going to TTI were less qualified than those going to universities should change.
“ There is shortage of artisans and people with technical skills to drive this economy and we should be encouraging our youths to enrol in technical institutes to acquire these skills instead of discouraging them,” Ruto said
