Repossess Migingo now or surrender it to Uganda

It is becoming increasingly irritating to hear of Kenyan citizens being arrested, molested or even jailed in their own country by a foreign government and yet claim it is in charge of its boundaries.
Reports of how Ugandan security officers are harassing Kenyan fishermen and even confiscating their fishing gear in Migingo are heart-breaking.
The recent attack on the Kenyan Rural Border Patrol Unit police in Migingo is a clear indication that Kenya is either reluctant or incompetent on matters of international security.
Kenya should either surrender Migingo Island now or repossess it from Uganda.
