SHAME! SHAME! Amos KIMUNYA - he has done it AGAIN - TRIBALISM

Friday February 8, 2013 - Barely a week after surviving the guillotine of the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Transport Minister Amos Muhinga Kimunya is making headlines for all the wrong reasons again.

Kimunya, who is also the immediate former Kipipiri MP, has blatantly disregarded the Constitutional requirement in appointing members of the task force, Delinking and Operationalisation of the National Transport and Safety Authority.

The appointees are in total breach of the National Cohesion Integration Commission (NCIC) Act which requires that there be an ethnic balance in all public appointments.

Shockingly, out of the 11 appointees, 6 come from the Kikuyu community, including former police spokesman Eric Kiraithe.

Last year, the “arrogant Minister” was on the spotlight again over the appointment of the board of Kenya Port Authority (KPA). He was accused of appointing members of his community and close relatives to the Board of the Coast based parastatal.

Can NCIC wake up and prevent political brokers like Kimunya from taking the country to the dogs?

Where is Mzalendo Kibunjia? Enforce the law or Kenyans give you a red card!
