MUTAHI NGUNYI promises to vote for RAILA ODINGA because he tried the 1982 COUP

Thursday February 14, 2013 - Barely a day after Prime Minister Raila Odinga requested the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) to arrest and probes him over his political analysis, political scientist Mutahi Ngunyi has sensationally claimed that he will vote for Raila Odinga on March 4th.

In his twitter account on Thursday, Mutahi who is famous for his hypothesis dubbedTyranny of Numbers which showed Jubilee Alliance trouncing CORD rivals with a big margin said he made his decision in 1982 when Raila Odinga was trying to overthrow the Moi’s government.

“For the record: My vote is Raila's. I made this pledge in 1982 as a young Marxist. He deserves it. Not by razzmatazz and 'hot air politics,” Mutahi stated on his twitter account.

He dismissed assertions that he had incited Kenyans when he released his hypothesis on the Tyranny of Numbers, saying he expressed his opinion as a free citizen.

“All I said about Raila is that: "The King is prancing around naked" He says he has numbers, yet he has none. If the Kamba bolt out, it’s over,” Mutahi said.
