DNA’s tracks worth Sh. 20 million not less……..IEBC hire him

Monday, February 18, 2013 – Maswali ya polisi hit maker DNA is definitely one of the most sought after artists by politicians especially during the campaign period majorly because of his celebrated tracks,Chapa and Maswali ya polisi.

Recently, Grandpa Records via their C.E.O. Refigah, issued a threatening statement to any politicians using DNA’s tracks without consent. Following the threat many politicians handed the artist very lucrative deals but after a lot of consultation they at last have a price for his tracks.

According to DNA’s producer Yousuf Noah any politician willing to use DNA’s tracks as the official campaign track, he/she will have to part with Sh. 20 million non negotiable. He further added that they are not desperate so the price will not go down.

No politician has however managed to raise the amount though DNA has landed another deal with IEBC to perform in different parts of the country for a fee of Sh. 150,000 a day for 6 days a week.

DNA has already performed in Western Kenya, Rift Valley and Coast region he is expected to perform in Nairobi, Central Kenya and Eastern region.
