BREAKING NEWS: ICC withdraws the evidence of their Star Witness

BREAKING NEWS: ICC withdraws the evidence of their Star Witness. Witness Number 4 Statement the only one that talked of a meeting at Nairobi Club, State House and Yaya Centre has now been withdrawn, according to an application by the defence teams made public on the ICC Website - "The Pre-Trial Brief no longer contains the allegation that the 3 January meeting took place as described in the facts underlying the charges, and refers only to meetings in “early January”.72 The Witness List of the Prosecution no longer contains OTP-4, who was the only direct source of this evidence.73 The Summary of Areas of Testimony contains no reference to the 3 January meeting. ..." Very Interesting times, no wonder the two Statements from US and Britain..
Quote:A request by Makau Mutua and Betty Murungi Orengo's led Kenyan watchdog to file observations in the two Kenyan cases at The Hague has been rejected.

On January 16, the defence teams of Ruto and Sang asked the Chamber to dismiss the KHRC request and reclassify the application as public.

Judges at the International Criminal Court (ICC) rejected the request by Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) headed by law scholar Makau Mutua ( Raila sycophant) and Betty Murungi CORD/ODM Senator candidate wife) and ordered the information be made public.

“The Chamber hereby grants the defence’s request to reclassify the request and response as public; and orders the Registry to reclassify the request and response as public.” ... The three judges led by Presiding Judge Kuniko Ozaki RULED !
