Tuesday January 22, 2013 - According to a recent survey carried by Infotrak Harris and Ipsos Synovate pollsters and sponsored by Citizen TV, Prime Minister Raila Odinga will beat Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta with a big margin if elections were held today.
According to the Infotrak poll, Raila, who is also the Coalition for Reform and Democracy (CORD) flag bearer will garner 48 percent against Jubilee supremo Uhuru Kenyatta who will only manage 40 percent.
In the Ipsos Synovate poll, Raila Odinga will garner 40 percent against Uhuru’s 36 percent which may force a run off.
The poll was conducted between January 17 and 20 where over 2500 respondents were interviewed through telephone calls.
The poll was solely sponsored by Royal Media Services and Citizen Television.
Here is the summary of the findings.
