CHARITY NGILU is a TRAITOR among the KAMBA community - MINISTERS

Thursday January 10, 2013 - Water Minister Charity Ngilu is being used by Jubilee coalition leaders to auction the Kamba in the March 4th general election, two cabinet ministers have said.

Led by Defence Minister David Musila and former Cabinet Minister Nyiva Mwendwa, the Ministers described Ngilu as a “wayward” politician who tries to mislead the community not to support Coalition for Reform and Democracy (CORD) led by Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka.

“It is unfortunate and we want to tell these people that we are ready to tackle them and dilute their political poison on the electorate. We shall defend CORD and VP against any hate campaigns,” Musila said.

Musila who is battling for Kitui Senate seat with Ngilu said Jubilee Presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta was mistaken to assume that Kambas could support him.

He warned CORD’s critics in Ukambani that they were doomed to fail and stood to be ashamed during the polls.
