Monday October 29, 2012 - Republican Congress party leader Najib Balala has said he is ready to unite with Deputy Prime Minister and Eldoret North MP William Ruto in order to form a formidable alliance ahead of the election.
Balala at the weekend said his party whose symbol is the horse will join the two leaders to ensure they win the Presidential election in March.
He said his party wants to form a government that will ensure security, justice and cohesion.
The Mvita MP was speaking in Nyeri town last Friday after opening a Republican Congress party office.
Balala also termed the opposition to March 4 elections as “primitive” saying next elections must be held on March 4th.
The former Tourism Minister further said the Coast region will not play a role in “politics of exclusion,” as it did in year 2007.
He said the province will continue to take part in all national issues to ensure a harmonious coexistence among Kenya’s communities.
