A PNU MP from Eastern Province has dropped his planned trip to The Hague next month after one of the Ocampo Six suspects, who had promised to buy him a return ticket, changed his mind. The legislator whose payslip reads less than Sh70,000 net has told his friends he has no money for the trip. A group of MPs are travelling to the Hague to give William Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta moral support.

A top politician from Western Kenya is very worried that former Foreign Affairs Minister Moses Wetangula may have been cleared by KACC after preliminary investigations revealed the minister did nothing wrong in the Japanese scandal. The MP has been calling an investigator at KACC to brief him on the matter and was shocked to be told that KACC investigations were now focusing on the civil servants involved.

A group of MPs have held a meeting to finalise plans to make Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba the ODM Secretary General. Several MPs from Nyanza, who have fallen out with incumbent Anyang' Nyong’o, are pushing the PM to endorse Namwamba. The Budalangi MP is now speaking to the PM Raila Odinga more often and offering advice on ICC matters.

An ODM lawmaker from Rift Valley lost millions of shillings after auctioneers invaded his city investments and sold all his assets. The man is broke and seeking support from his colleagues in Parliament. The MP has committed almost his entire salary on loans and non-profitable investments.

We are told there has been a lot of laxity and officers being compromised at the Banking Fraud Unit, to the extent that criminals and the police are colluding to commit or cover up crime. Our mole says some of the detectives are colluding with criminals to steal from banks and keep the police away until it's done. In one instance, detectives with intelligence about a white-collar robbery were silent for four days. The robbers had safely stashed away all the money by the time police got wind of it.
