President Mwai Kibaki sustained the 'yes' campaign, urging Kenyans to vote for the proposed new constitution. Speaking at the Starehe Boys Centre, President Kibaki said the new constitution would better prepare the people for the challenges of the future. Meanwhile in Western province, MPs led by Deputy Prime Minister And Minister for Local Government Minister Musalia Mudavadi were throwing barbs at retired President Daniel Arap Moi, saying he had failed to give Kenyans a new constitution when he had the chance to do so..here is Hussein Mohamed with that report.
