Oscar nominated actress Lupita Nyong’o was spotted sitting court side at last night’s NY Knicks vsPhiladelphia 76ers game with a tall, handsome man. The “12 Years A Slave” star and her date sat court side with actress Edie Falco and actor John Leguizamo as the New York Knicks fell to Philadelphia 110-108 at Madison Square Garden in NY.
The 30-year-old actress was born in Mexico but lived in Kenya most of her life. She received critical acclaim for her portrayal of a slave master’s dehumanized chattel in “12 Years a Slave”. There is no information about Lupita’s date for the evening, but their body language is interesting. In the above photo, Lupita stands with her back to her date who is touching her as if to say, “She belongs to me.” But Lupita’s body language says otherwise.
