For the first time since the presidential election results were announced last Friday, the feuding Jubilee and CORD alliance leaders bumped into each other at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre where both sides had gone to attend separate meetings. CORD luminaries were at KICC to meet various leaders elected under the CORD affiliate parties while president-elect Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto, who incidentally have their temporary offices at KICC, were also there to meet representatives of the business community. However, believe it or not, the bitter rivalry sparked off before and after the outcome of the election was non-existent as leaders from both sides embraced each other and even shared hearty moments.
