The URP presidential aspirant William Ruto has been reaching out to the "Total Man" Nicholas Biwott in his bid for State House. Our moles say the Eldoret North MP recently held a meeting with Biwott in his ongoing efforts to rally the entire Rift Valley vote behind him.
