The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission is reportedly probing the chairman of a state corporation which received about Sh1 billion under the controversial Kazi Kwa Vijana programmer. The EACC teams is also taken a keen interest in the employment criteria used at the corporation after it emerged that two nieces and a nephew of a permanent secretary were employed even though they did not make the cut. The chairman is now allegedly seeking the PS's protection.
