Raila opposes call to retire with Kibaki

Prime Minister Raila Odinga has dismissed his deputy Musalia Mudavadi’s call that he should retire with President Kibaki.
Raila reiterated he was in the race for the presidency.
Mudavadi and his supporters have been calling on Raila to retire with President Kibaki.
The PM was campaigning for ODM’s Kajiado North parliamentary aspirant in readiness for the September 17 by-elections.
Accompanied by Cabinet ministers William ole Ntimama, Anyang’ Nyong’o, James Orengo, Paul Otuoma, Henry Kosgey, assistant minister Joseph Nkaissery and ODM parliamentary candidate for Kajiado North Peter Mositet, Raila told his rivals to prepare for a tough battle.
