Police are searching for Ex-Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo who was involved in a gun drama incident on Friday along Arboretum road in Nairobi.
Jirongo is accused of shooting a motorist who had tried to help him out of his stalled car that was parked on the side of the road.
According to the police, Jirongo shot three times at a car belonging to James Njenga, a Nairobi businessman who had tried to help him out of his car.
Njenga was driving home when he saw Jirongo's Range rover on the side of the road with the engine still running thinking that the vehicle was on fire.
Kilimani police boss Peter Katam said Njenga opened the door and found the driver asleep and made attempts to alert the guards, when suddenly Jirongo woke up and went for his gun and began shooting at him.
Katam said police are in search for Jirongo over the incident.
