This video introduces you to Vihiga’s Governor in waiting. Reuben Kigame – apologist, songwriter/music producer, broadcaster – has been on the ground for about ten months now. Get a glimpse of his journeys through the county, his easy interaction with the people and his vision. History is being made in our own eyes as we witness one more proof that disability is not inability. We cannot wait for CNN, the BBC, Aljazeera and other world media to move to Vihiga for the coronation of the first ever blind governor in the world.
