Electing Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto could have serious implications to Kenya, the International Commission of Jurists has said in a report.
A select chapter of the publication titled ‘Kenya’s Post-Election Agenda’ evaluates the ‘implications of a Uhuru and Ruto presidency’ against the High Court ruling delivered on February 15.
George Kegoro, the ICJ-Kenya director, said the chapter was jointly authored by ICJ Kenya, Kenya Human Rights Commission, African Centre for Open Governance and Katiba Institute. The report will be launched today.
