Back benchers in parliament say that immediate former Kenya Anti Corruption Commission boss Aaron Ringera and his two deputies can re-apply for the post once they are advertised.
Led by Garsen Member of Danson Mungatana the Mps said the move by parliament to annul their re-appointments was aimed at ensuring that the right procedure of appointment was followed.
Addressing a press conference at parliament building, Mungatana also faulted Justice Minister Mutula Kilonzo and the Attorney General Amos Wako for allegedly failing to respect parliament's to annul the re-appointment of former KACC boss Aaron Ringera and his two deputies.
Mungatana is publishing a private members bill seeking for the disbandment of KACC.
On Wednesday, Ringera and deputy assistant Fatuma Sichale resigned while his other deputy Smoking Wanjala quit two weeks ago.
