Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho's Land Rover Discovery Clamped By City Council Workers (Photo)

A week after firing 13 City Council staff, Mombasa Governor Hassan Ali Joho found himself on the wrong side of the law, apparently after not paying his parking fee.
It turns out even the governor has to pay.

This Land Rover Discovery belonging to Joho, was on Wednesday clamped outside Kenya Airways offices, next to Kenya Power on Nkurumah Road, in the coastal city.
