Rudisha powers his way to world title

DAEGU, Aug 30 – Kenya’s David Rudisha won the men’s 800m world title on Tuesday, powering home over the final stretch to finish in 1min 43.91sec.

Sudan’s Abubaker Kaki was second in 1:44.41 with Russia’s Yuriy Borzakovskiy third in 1:44.49.
