government was yesterday taken to task over its decision to reinstate five suspended permanent secretaries last week. Ikolomani mp Boni Khalwale tabled a report purported to be from the Kenya Anti Corruption Commission recommending disciplinary action against the suspended officials. But speaking on behalf of the government, internal security minister Prof George Saitoti however maintained that the anti graft body had cleared the officials of the allegations.
