Opponents of the proposed constitution are not happy with the national integration and cohesion commission. They say the commission is unfairly targeting the red team's top brass, as it clamps down on hate speech. Led by Higher Education Minister William Ruto, Members Of Parliament in the no camp say there is a deliberate attempt to intimidate them in their opposition of the document. And the season for defections appears to have begun, with former Kibwezi MP and The Independent Party (tip) leader Kalembe Ndile ditching the green camp, for the red camp claiming there was no sincerity in the yes team.
