Unfortunately, Morons with the government picked a wordpress theme and designed the Uwezo fund website, this CON, got the template and registered a domain for UwezoFund and duplicated the websites.

If you go to his con website, you will not realize its a scamming website
The guy is even running paid adverts on facebook asking Kenyan youths to apply for the fund, after which, he asks for the cash.
Am certain, the mongoloid is making a kill.
