Nairobi Women Representative, Rachael Wambui Shebesh, has been hospitalized at a Nairobi hospital.
According to our sources, Shebesh was spotted at Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi on Sunday evening wearing hospital robes.
It was not immediately clear what she is ailing from but sources said it was as a result of depression.
The fiery lawmaker is known to sink into bouts of depression and excitement in accordance with her condition – bipolar disorder.
“I usually like to tell people that I have the disorder. Bipolar disorder is something many Kenyans have but they like hiding behind it with interesting names. In a while you are manic, excited about life. And other times you go deep into depression,” she once told a local television.
“But when you come out of it you come out with a renewed sense of urgency to do things,” she added.
